Raymond Kasagga founded Clearworldvision in 2019 and has had various experiences since, enabling him to gain an abundance of knowledge of the sports industry. Having been a talented footballer himself in his early years, he later made the transition to higher education, stepping into the sports management industry.

During his years as a player, there was a huge interest from professional football clubs around the world. Clubs such as Southampton F.C, Ipswich Town F.C, Club Brugge KV, Celtic F.C and Roda JC Kerkrade. Due to injuries and not the right guidance, he could never make his dream come true.

He always believed in a quote that says, ‘’Whatever situation you are in, God put you there for a reason, for a lesson, and for a purpose.’’ At a later stage, Raymond was able to take advantage of the experience he had as a player. And because of all the interest he had from big clubs, he trained with. Raymond is still in contact with the majority of these clubs and as a result, he has built a worldwide network in the football world.

In the last years of his football career, he learned, “To succeed as a football player, you have to have the right guidance and be surrounded by the right people.” On this account, Raymond strives to keep himself in a position where he is equally responsible for the growth and drive of the Clearworldvision clients. Guiding them through the various life decisions they all face day to day.
